Implementation of TB-IC strategies
Special objective
To strengthen participants’ competencies in TB-IC controls by updating on best practices and tools in TB-IC programmes as well as to develop their competencies to become competent trainers using adult approach and methodologies.
In the framework of general objective the following technical assistance should be provided on:
1. Theoretical framework of TB-IC measures based on practical examples;
2. Theoretical framework of training needs assessment and development of the course;
3. Adapted training materials in accordance with National regulations and guidelines;
4. Facilitation during sessions on TB-IC;
5. Feedback to the course participants on their performance;
6. Assistance to the course facilitators during their sessions (content and process);
7. Selection of possible team of national facilitators for further series of trainings on TB IC in pilot sites.
8. Do debriefing with WHO CO and USAID mission.
