Introduction
The Ministry of Health Mongolia has been implementing the Global Fund Round 10 TB project since 2011. The phase 1 of Round 10 will end in July 2014 and the CCM Mongolia plans to submit CCM request for renewal by end of March 2013. Therefore, the MOH requested for an international consultant with extensive TB background, very good facilitation skills and experience with Global Fund activities to support the MOH in development of the renewal request.
Proposed TORs:
• To review assessment of the Global Fund supported consolidated TB Grant implementation conducted by the national consultant
• To review, improve and finalize the draft of CCM request for Renewal developed by the technical working group
• To submit final draft of CCM request for Renewal of the GF supported consolidated TB Grant to the MOH and CCM Mongolia
Duration: 8 -23 March 2013 (2 days – preparation; 7 days- work in the country; 5 days- distance support)
