Title:TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO CAMBODIA FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A NATIONAL STRATEGIC PLAN

Terms of Reference:The specific objective of the consultancy is to develop a new national TB strategic plan and budget, based on the current National TB Strategic plan (2011 – 2015) and the National Health Plan of Cambodia, specifically to address significant challenges that have been recently reported through a joint monitoring mission.

In the execution of this work the consultant is expected to undertake the following activities:
• Discussion with local NTP team the SWOT and gap analysis
• Discussion and identification of the goals and objectives
• Identification of the strategic interventions in line with the objectives and gaps
• Preliminary outline developed before at the end of the first visit
• Development of the core plan with detail activities for each strategic intervention
• Development of the budget, M&E and operational plan plus identification of TA
• Finalization of the national TB strategic plan
