| Terms of Reference: | The team at TUC has recently completed all data collection and encoded data into a database for a study evaluating the impact of the Hain line-probe assay for rapid detection of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis. The study database needed to be evaluated and cleaned in preparation for analysis, and merged with the national tuberculosis surveillance database and the laboratory database which contains all sputum specimen samples collected for tuberculosis patients over the observation period. |
