Phase 1 of the Integrated HIV Care for Tuberculosis Patients Living with HIV/AIDS or IHC programme was started in Benin and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in 2004 and completed in 2008. Phase 2 was piloted in Zimbabwe from 2007 and continued in DRC from 2008.
