| Comments: | Laboratory infection control activities and the LED FM are both supported by the GF. The implementation of their related activities is hindered by the limited human resources' capacity in the country. External TA is needed to build local capacity in order to enhance the implementation of these activities which have been bottlenecks in the GF implementation.
