| Terms of Reference: | Field operations have been visited quite recently and have not substantially changed. The main stakeholders are NTP and PTP who were present for a meeting of all 6 Pakistan TBR projects and who were consulted separately. Specific objective were to:
1. Ensure that adequate management arrangements are in place following the departure of the Project Manager and Field Coordinator. 2. Discuss the apparently high default rate with the project and with NTP; 3. Discuss the implications of a high volume laboratory in Karachi withdrawing from the project. 4. Discuss qualitative as well as quantitative outcomes that may be reported in the Y1 Annual Report. 5. Discuss how positive aspects of the W1Y2 project could be merged into a W2Y2 proposal. 6. Discuss how a W2Y2 project could link to a W3 strategy. |
