2. To review activities implemented and validate results to date (against targets);
3. To review (and probably revise) the M&E plan (including historical data) because of the different start dates of the project.
4. To assess data quality and conformity to M&E plan against targets.
5. To review other specific issues raised in the quarterly reports related to M&E;
6. To review analysis of external factors and mitigation. This includes the implementation of the UNION project in Mandalay division.
7. To identify issues and problems (needing corrective actions and/or lessons learned); and
8. To update strategy, targets and/or work plan.
