| Terms of Reference: | To strengthen local capacities and increase the quality of TB care delivered at the primary health care (PHC) level through conducting a training of trainers (ToT) for 17 health specialists.
Main objectives:
? Develop a ToT curriculum focused on the provision of TB outpatient care and psycho-social support (PSS), based on the new national policy documents,
? Develop and adjust training materials in accordance with the newly adopted national regulations, outpatient care guidelines and the psychosocial support protocol,
? Facilitate the three-day ToT, including making presentations, leading plenary sessions and general discussions, and facilitating work in small groups,
? Provide content related feedback to the course participants |
