1.Review all WHO guidelines on TB management and discuss with NTP, WHO and other experts to understand the impact of TB treatment regimen change and update NTP manual with latest WHO recommendations contextualized to the country.
2.Based on the revised module, develop a comprehensive and contextualized TB training module for the doctors and health workers including trainers guide and participants’ manual.
3.The training package should include all the presentations, exercises, and step by step guidance for conducting a 5 days in-country training workshop and clear guide for the trainer
Expected Outputs:
1.A final updated NTP manual for the country based on WHO recommendations contextualized to the country situation
2.Based on the revised module, develop a comprehensive and contextualized TB training module for the doctors and health workers including trainers guide and participants’ manual.
