| Title: | National Tuberculosis program is planning to strengthen the operational planning and |

| Terms of Reference: | Buildingthe capacity of the program managers (state coordinators) in planning is one of the
NTP priorities. Having adequate skills to plan, monitor and evaluate the program will enable the
program managers to address their state's specific problems and interfere effectively.
Therefore, consultancy services are needed to train the NTP state coordinators and lab
coordinators on project planning, monitoring and evaluation activities in the context of results
based program management.
The objectives:
1. Provide the participants with required skills to develop a project plan (e.g. identification
or problems, setting goals, strategies ...)
2. Provide the participants with required skills to design monitoring tools including the use
of indicators
3. Provide the participants with required skills to develop evaluation tools
4. Provide the participants with required skills to interfere in order to reach the targets
5. Develop a draft plan with each state team |
