| Terms of Reference: | Project background:
Engaging a number of different types of health care providers, both in public (non-NTP) and private, is
extremely important for the program success. In the last five years the NTP worked in close
collaboration with the army and the police to ensure the availability of quality TB services in their health
facilities. And currently the program is implementing an intervention to expand its collaboration
network
The recent intervention targets the health insurance, private sectors and the remaining health facilities
of police and army in addition to the prisons. In this regard consultant services is need to conduct mid
term review for the PPM intervention. The evaluation will take place in the period from 24 to 28
November 2013
