Description:Founded in 1972, AMP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting preventive medicine and public health worldwide. AMP collaborates with diverse public- and private-sector partners to support countries in developing sustainable and effective immunization policies and strengthening their public health infrastructure.

AMP is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those most in need across the globe. Along with our public- and private-sector partners, we aim to: 1) Promote the introduction and use of vaccines; 2) Support innovation in field vaccinology; 3) Enhance scientific knowledge in support of evidence-based health policies; 4) Strengthen immunization service delivery, logistics, and innovation, and 5) Develop human and institutional capacity for improved health system performance.
