The objective of this course is to provide participants with practical knowledge and skills needed for effective management of drugs and laboratory commodities necessary in today's TB programmes. The techniques presented during lectures will be applied during realistic exercises and scenarios. Participants involved in other health programmes will also benefit from the training as there is increasing overlap among different health prorammes. 

• Discover the key global actors in production, financing, and distribution of TB drugs and supplies
• Gather technical knowledge about first- and second-line TB medicines
• Write better pharmaceutical supply management plans for grants
• Strengthen procurement skills
• Achieve better prices and supply conditions
• Become familiar with laboratory requirements, including those needed for the latest diagnostic techniques such as GeneXpert

Course cost is €1,500 which includes lodging, breakfast, lunch, refreshments during course days, and course materials.
