Sensitization and awareness raising among in school youth and miners association
Brief description of event: *
The project aims to sensitize youth and miners on tuberculosis, buruli ulcer and leprosy. The sensitization will be carried out in open space with the aid of public address system, TB posters and other IEC materials. Participants will be aware of how TB is transmitted, how it can be prevented and treatment for TB positive clients available free of charge in DOTS centres nearby. They will be taught on Cough etiquette
