Information on WHO RFP 5019: Monitoring and Evaluation Project TB REACH for Stop TB Partnership

All organisations that have an interest in making a bid for the above RFP should carefully note that the deadline for receiving the sealed bids by WHO is 17:00 on 30 March 2010. Please note this deadline is mandatory and must be met. The formal opening of the bids received as per the RFP is 31 March at 11.00 am in Room no. D4 2022 in WHO premises. If you have submitted a formal sealed bid, your representative is invited to attend the formal opening. Please note WHO will not be responsible for any costs that you may incure in attending this opening of the bids.

Invitation to submit proposals

The Stop TB Partnership is seeking the services of a commercial or non-profit enterprise with proven and extensive experience in measurement or evaluation of public health programmes in developing countries. Their task will be independent evaluation and monitoring of projects that have received grants from TB REACH. A detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) for this evaluation is available for download below. Any organization wishing to make a bid for this project is welcome to do so. Proposals must be submitted in strict accordance with the RFP. Proposals not complying with the RFP will not be considered.

Important Note RFP 5019 (Monitoring and Evaluation of the TBREACH grants provided by the Stop TB Partnership)

The deadline for returning the signed Form III (Acknowledgement Form) and Form IV (Confidentiality undertaking) is hereby extended to Friday 5 March 2010 at 17:00 hours. This was caused by a technical fault at the receiving end due to which we did not receive faxed documents from some prospective bidders.

All other deadlines remain the same as stated in the RFP
