UK parliamentary group calls for evidence on drug-resistant TB

27 September 2012 - London - The United Kingdom’s All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Global Tuberculosis is calling for written evidence to inform a report on drug-resistant TB.

The report will cover the current challenges of drug-resistant TB in the United Kingdom and in developing countries, as well as the current and future response of the UK Government.

The evidence collected through this call will inform the report and subsequent oral evidence sessions. The final report will be submitted to the UK’s departments for international development and health and used to inform the APPG’s work going forward.
