DOTS Expansion and Enhancement: Improvement of esential collaboration between DOTs Teams and community based Roma NGos dealing with TB at community level trough specific mutual educational trainings for working together Drug-Resistant TB: Using art and drama techniques ,street performances and other audio-visual approaches for involving Roma communities in wareness rising about multiple risks led by MDR-TB TB-HIV: -Using abovementiaoned methods for increasing of awareness for importance of testing for HIV of each suspective for TB casus within the Roma communities ; -Improving of institutional capacity of already established health -social centres for community develpment located in the roma communities themselves which are managed by community based Roma Ngos with proved managing experience and trust from the Roma communities New Diagnostics: Beening included in many clinical trials of news diagnostics with additional possibilities for having true view and data about of spreading of TB within Roma communities New TB Drugs: Beening included in many clinical trials of news drugs with additional possibilities for having essential view and data about of spreading of TB within Roma communities New TB Vaccines: Beening included in many clinical trials of news TB vaccines introducing with exploration of additional possibilities for having true view and data about peculiarities of spreading of TB within Roma communities |
