| The INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY SERVICE CENTRE TRUST is a Secular, Non-Political, Non- Governmental, Non-Profitable registered Charitable Trust formed by a group of Professionally qualified social workers from different reputed institutions, Educated Locals, having real interest and the commitment to serve the people of different religions and especially to the locals who are in need. The vision is “The good of all mankind irrespective of caste, creed or religion for a just human society. Literacy and social awareness, self realization and self support, community health, wealth liberation and leadership, relief and rehabilitation empowering and encouraging the people, are the Missions of this Organization. The ICSC has a plan to work for the development of various marginalized groups of the society like tribals, street and working children, dalits and welfare and charity to the neglected senior citizens, dying destitute and victims of various communicable diseases like Tuberculosis, leprosy and AIDS. i) Free Medical Camps for the tribal’s rural population in co- ordination with forest Dept. ii) Family Planning Surgery Camps in Co-ordination with Government health Dept. iii) AIDS awareness programme on the national highways to educate the lorry Drivers. iv) Mother and Child health programme v) Supporting national pulse polio immunization programme vi) AIDS awareness out reach program with Coimbatore Medical College Hospital STD/ HIV/ AIDS Department. vii) Blood Donation Camps viii) Free Diabetic Camps ix) Free Eye Camps x) Special Camps such as Dental, Ortho, Leprosy etc. xi) Tsunami Relief Work and Ozone treatment in East Coastal area of Tamilnadu Mr. P. | ICSC Trust has associated with Health education and awareness programmer as follows i) IEC Hoarding Displayed in front of Chest clinic CMCH ii) Wall paintings displaying the messages of TB and HIV 5. ICSC Trust played a major role in the World TB Day celebrations in a. Distributing Hand bills, Posters, Banners all over the District. b.
