| There are high morbidity and mortality of Tuberculosis(MDR-TB,especially)in Zigong, Sichuan province of China. AS the director of respiratory department of the first hospital of Zigong, I have been expert in Tuberculosis. I have succeeded in carrying out lots of diagnosis about TB, for example, CXR and thoracic CT, sputum smear and culture of TB(also drug sensitivity test of MDR-TB ), lung biopsy via fine needle guided by CT, tuberculous pleuritis verified by biopsy via thoracoscope. I am good at therapy of TB, which included DOTS and treatment of resistant TB or MDR-TB. As a professional group fighting against TB, which consists of respiratory&tuberculous professional staff (similar to me), support the Stop TB Partnership general principles and advocate for the elimination of TB as a public health threat at all levels. |

DOTS Expansion and Enhancement: For example, because of high HBV prevalence in south China (near 10%), patients with HBV may not be tolerate to pyrazinamide; Some patients with TB are under weight ( not more than 40KG), So we should adjust the dosage of antituberculosis.
