Declaration

Declaration of interests:
We call for concrete support in order to stop tuberculosis in haiti. And in light of our under-development we are counting on a strong support to the implementation of a health Care system and effective control for a focused and firm action to achieve the maximum possible person. Also building capacity is important to act against tuberculosis. As we pledge it in the HLM 2011 funding must be available to continue. We have seen that many program that has began are stop immediately after the funding period. We have seen also the engagement from the PNLT, the PNLT coordination particularly in the Grand'Anse, but if funding is not available to support all the mechanisms(Dots expansion, Laboratories reinforment,Monitoring and Evaluation of the system, mobilization and advocacy and specific program/TB/HIV,MRTB-HIV...)we will see a withdrawal to continue the fight more boldly and regress on many results that have already been achieved.
