DOTS Expansion and Enhancement: We are partner in the India Government's TB control programme. Drug-Resistant TB: We conduct research ( clinical, epidemiological, diagnostic) to map the emergence of MDR-TB and diagnostic methods. TB-HIV: Our major focus is to control or minimse the MDR/XDR TB epidemic in Persons living with HIV, using various diagnostic and advocacy tools. Laboratory Strengthening: We are string advocates for laboratory strenghening and feel that in TB endemic countries this should be the top priority for all TB control efforts. New Diagnostics: We have patented some of novel molecular and proteomic products for rapid and accurate diagnosis of TB and drug resistance prediction. |
