| Welfare Foundation (WF) aims to improve the quality of life for the poor through research and advocacy on issues related to healthcare, poverty alleviation and social welfare. The organization’s objectives and efforts are focused on the areas most urgent for the vulnerable population of Georgia (namely, people living in poverty, IDPs, rural population and other vulnerable groups), such as primary health care, access to and quality of health services, maternal child health, HIV/AIDS, TB, etc. WF devoted significant efforts to promoting civil society participation in the development and implementation of national health policies. |
