It was founded on the idea of supporting people affected and infected by the TB/HIV and AIDS.JCF envision people living in TB/HIV and AIDS free society. The organization exists to provide quality care and support to people affected and infected. JCF is promoting universal access to prevention, treatment, care and support. JCF is reaching male audiences through workplace program both in formal and informal employment since for too long men have been left out during community awareness and at workplace is where the organization can reach out to them. For three American Jewish World Services (AJWS) have been funding JCF for TB/HIV and AIDS insaka (male involvement). Insaka means meeting place for men only to discuss issues affecting them at all levels and JCF is using the same concept to reach out to men and make follow-up at their home to meet their family member and raise awareness on TB and HIV since people Living with HIV and AIDS are more vulnerable to develop TB and also those not infected with HIV.
