| Hope for positive couples in Nigeria is a non-profit,non-religious and non-governmental organisation of couples living with HIV/AIDS and TB in Nigeria.Our VISION is to see a Nigerian Society where couples living with HIV/AIDS and TB are cared for not stigmatised or discriminated against but are given equal rights and opportunities.Our MISSION isto contribute to the prevention, care and control of HIV/AIDS and TB in Nigeriaand also advocating legal and policy reforms and empowering members to get more involved in HIV/AIDS and TB activities.Our GOAL is to mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS and TB on the couples and individuals infected with it and people affected by it including vulnerable children. The Organisation is interested in tuberculosis because most of the members have one time or the other been infected with TB bacilli.We are well informed about it and most of our activities is to assign some members to various DOT Centres and especially the STATE CHEST HOSPITAL,Jericho, Ibadan to deliver talks on TB and related issues. |
