Our organisation, TEEBRI is focus on bringing attitudinal and behavioural change that add value to lives in the community through advocacy, awareness creation, social mobilization. Which will go a long way in bringing sustainable development in the society. Making facts about TB known at the grassroot will help patients to access DOTS centers. And this is the only way TB infection can be controlled and stopped. We have been involved in Community TB Care through advocacy and Social Mobilization (involving short Drama). With this, we found out the need for TB Counseling and Testing. Also, taking TB to schools, religious institution,community association will go along way in achieving success for TB control. |

TEEBRI has been involved in Community TB Care through advocacy and Social Mobilization (involving short Drama). We use the strategy of selecting Community Volunteers within the Local Government we are working.
Making facts about TB known at the grassroot will help patients to access DOTS centers. And this is the only way TB infection can be controlled and stopped.
With this, we found out the need for TB Counseling and Testing.
Also, taking TB to schools, religious institution,community association will go along way in achieving success for TB control. |
