Please tell us how your organization is contributing to your country's national TB control plan:
The Organization is carrying out Community TB Care (CTBC) in our community. Through this programe many clients has been referred to the DOTs centers by the Community Volunteers (CVs). This activities has help in the increase of awareness and knowledge of people about TB which has resulted in stigma reduction and increase in demand for TB test.

Please tell us how your organization will contribute to the Global Plan to Stop TB by briefly describing its involvement in any of the areas of work listed below:

TB Care Delivery:
Through advocacy to the Local Government Leaders the number of DOTS centers has increase from 6 in 2010 to 12 in 2012 in Ojo LGA of Lagos State in Nigeria, this expansion is also due to the social mobilization carried out in the various communities in the LGA, which has brought about increase in demand of DOTS services.

TB-HIV:
Through advocacy, communication and social mobilization awareness of TB as a co-infection of HIV has been highlighted to the community.
