CYDSE is a local non profit making,non governmental organization formed in 1999 by the community members to act as catalysitic on HIV/AIDS and other related diseases.CYDSE is interested in TB because,HIV/Aids and TB are twins pandemic as organization is carring out some activities in Community Home Based Care,Group therapy meetings for those who dislosed their status.CYDSE has already started doing something in intergrating TB into HIV/Aids and we are training community volunteers in sputum collection and forcing Malawi government through National TB Control Programme to establish nearby health Centre to be TB diognostic centre.

TB Care Delivery:
CYDSE with its Volunteers in the communities,we monitor the smear positive clients to adher to the treatment door by door

TB-HIV:
CYDSE has intergrated TB programmme into HIV/AIDS

Laboratory Strengthening:
CYDSE has conducted several meetings with Ministry of Health to advocate for nearby health centre to be established as TB diagnistic centre and with that National TB control Programme has realised money for TB laboratory Construction,with influence from CYDSE, Malawi goverment has trained two Health Surverence Assistants as TB microscopists
