| YCSI is a youth focused National non governmental organisation based in the South-East of Nigeria.Supporting youth in and out of school, vulnerable/orphans children and their families. YCSI activities spread around their health, psychosocial, education, rights, nutrition,economic strenghtening. YCSI is interested in TB work as some of her clients who are HIV positive has come down with TB. Her work in the communities on community health has exposed her to so many client with persistant coughing who after refferal to a DOT center come were diagnosed TB positive. YCSI has been doing work on prevention education, inclusion of cured clients,advocacy,patient homebased care, tracking and patient support for DOTS adherence. |
