| Representing Hain Lifescience GmbH (www.hain-lifescience.de) in Pakistan, we endeavours to provide researchers, professionals and medical institutes a rapid solution to diagnose tuberculosis as early as possible. We train lab personnel, conduct symposia and CME workshops to create awareness among medical community. We aimed to focus primarily on robust and rapid diagnosis of MDR-TB and XDR-TB to help physicians manage their patients well and to contain the spread of resistant strains of MTB. | |

| As we provide Line Probe assays from Hain Lifescience GmbH, Germany to our customers in Pakistan, we are also engaged with NTP. NTP and PTPs contact us to provide their labs necessary awareness to do advanced molecular testing and we provide them with rapid tests information as well as presentations, demonstrations and trainings so that they can handle such assays efficiently. There are several funding agencies which works with NTP to strengthen lab infrastructure in Pakistan such as kfw/AGEG and with their help we provide our technical services to funded labs. This way we not only help NTP and PTPs achieve their targets and goals but also creating a pool of highly trained professional healthcare and lab workers to do modern lab diagnostics for TB and MDR-TB. |

Laboratory Strengthening: We provide guidance and technical support to labs to improve their infrastructure as well as to help them equip with latest and advanced technologies such as Line Probe assays for rapid diagnosis of TB, MDR and XDR-TB. We also provide trainings to lab personnel so that they can do advanced molecular testing for TB. New Diagnostics: We promote and effort to create awareness among healthcare professionals, medical institutions and general practitioners to use new molecular testing technologies for the rapid identification of TB and drug-resistant TB carriers. Our main focus currently is on Line Probe assays from Hain Lifescience GmbH, Germany. |
