Organization Description:
Child Health Foundation (CHF) is non – governmental and non-profit organization formed in 2001 but registered with the Registrar-General’s Department in 2003 with registration number G – 11,584 CHF works with the local authorities, local, international, and multilateral agencies to target marginalized and vulnerable population to alleviate poverty and improve their standard of living. This is done through bringing development project to the door step of the community members in their various respective communities.

Child Health Foundation is operating in the Grater Accra Region (Ga East District / Ablekuma sub Metro District), Ashanti Region (Atwima Nkwaman District), Brong-Ahafo Region (Sunyani Municipality)
Vision
Reach the un-reached, relieve the poor, vulnerable and distressed through education, care services, rehabilitation, empowerment and to restore the dignity and prosperity of the African People.
Mission.
To undertake developmental and innovative programs and interventions towards reaching the un-reached, relieve the poor and distressed and support the vulnerable through education, care and support services, rehabilitation and empowerment.

For CHF to be able to achieve its mission and vision statement it’s collaborate with other organization with specific expertise to strengthen the capacity of CHF in its project district.
At the community level, CHF has both adult and youth volunteers who reach out to their peers in its project communities

Drug-Resistant TB:
Organize advocacy seminars for selected communities to support eradicate Drug resistant TB by 2012 in Ghnana.

Organize follow ups on TB patients to help prevent DRs TB and help develop methods of remembering how to take prescribe drugs by self or by the help of family member in 2012 in Ghnana.

TB-HIV:
Train Community Health Volunteer on TB-HIV prevention to selected communities in 2012 in Ghana

Education of community members on the prevention of TB and HIV by 2012 in Ghana.
