Organization Description:
Alternative for India Development is a national NGO working with the mission of health for the poor. It was founded by a group of social scientists and activists with 25 years of experience in India.

From our experience, we identified many TB endemic villages while working on STI and reproductive health. We intend to address this as part of our health mission.

Currently, we are operating three TB prevention, control and care projects.

1. Right to access to TB services in tribal areas
2. Mobile diagnostic TB services in hard to reach areas
3. ACSM project of Global Fund

We have been working in Jharkhand and Odisha states with greater focus on various tribal groups in co-operation with National TB Control programme of India.
