1) Farazi Foundation is a non government voluntary organization has been devoting for the welfare of the distressed and poor people in our Bangladeshi Community. Area we cover micro credit for income generation, health program, water and sanitation program, child's rights, women rights, non formal education, training for skill and human development, HIV/AIDS Prevention program etc.
2) TB is the nubber one killer in Bangladesh still and for the lack of awareness many poor people have this infection. In our working areas especially in slum areas, TB has become epidemic. So, we are very concerned to stop TB and up to this time we have performed many program and helped the TB patients by referring them various health centers. So, we are very interested to work to stop TB. We have helped more than 5000 people with awareness and other referral services for TB patients.
3) We plan to approach for TB control in 2 ways we have been performing already : a) Awareness Building among the poor and illiterate people both of Urban slums and rural areas. This awareness program how to identify TB (it is now free), how to treat TB with free of cost, why and how TB can be onfected from one another, what is the precaution to be made, how to get free from TB infection etc. b) Referral services : TB can be diagonised and treated with free of cost by various government and non government health resorts and centers. We will refer for diagnose and treatment of TB to the poor people. In the treatment time we will help them get proper treatment and economical assistance. We will appoint health workers who are experienced in TB diagnose and treatment of TB. We like to cover more and more urban slums and rural poor people especially children. |

| We work for TB control by advocacy program. Especially we perform workshop on T.B> Control where administrative authorities. health professional, media, social leaders attend. We also perform rally on the T.B. Day observation to aware general mass. we also distribute printing material to control T.B. |
