ReaMetrix is a medical diagnostics company focused on developing affordable diagnostics solution. We are based out of Bangalore India and San Carlos, USA. We have already developed affordable flow cytometry solutions for CD4 enumeration for HIV monitoring. We are working with FIND on developing Positive Control Wells for Malaria RDT. Tuberculosis is of interest today because we believe that affordability has to be married with high technology to create a new diagnostic paradigm. To address this, we have been working on developing a new way to process the Sputum and identify the TB bacteria. Our approach will bridge the gaps between Sputum Microscopy and Molecular Biological Techniques.

New Diagnostics:
ReaMetrix is in the process of developing an integrated testing workstation comprising of a paradigm changing diagnostic platform, unitized dried reagents that can monitor HIV progression through CD4 enumeration, HIV Viral Load as well as diagnostics for TB using molecular biological methods
We are working on a promising new method that would enable very easy processing of sputum samples. This in turn would improve the visualization of the bacteria through simple microscopy and improve the sensitivity of molecular biological methods.
