We have integrated TB screening into the support group monthly activities. The volunteers lead the monthly TB screening using THS screening tool. Suspected TB cases are referred to the facilities. When positive, the clients are put on treatment while the treatment support ensures adherence and complete treatment. We will continue through community mobilization and sensitization, train community volunteers and opinion leaders in TB and ensure advocacy through operational research.
