TB Care Delivery:
Everday the organisarion is having health workers that give treament to the pts in the community and work places currently we are having 300 pts for frances baard and on the 24march 2012 we celebrated world tb day and +_500people attended in the community.

Drug-Resistant TB:
We are currently giving support to mdr and xdr pts because of misinformed families we find it diffucult for us pts are rejected and neglected by their own families so we support and care for them by giving cousellong with their families

TB-HIV:
Tb and hiv in our community is still a major challenge in our community .we are experiecing a high number of defaulter rate on tb and those on arv because of stigma, distrimination and discloser.so the project provide 24hrs on site truma site sopport, couselling and debriefing for pts ,families and staff as well as ongoing based education on effeects oftrauma and support communitities

Laboratory Strengthening:
When we are having arewaness, campaigns we make a rrangment wth the lab so the relationship is good results turn around time 24hrs

New Diagnostics:
All newly diagnosis pts are trace and treated at the health facility

New TB Drugs:
Well the new tb drugs is much more improvement because pts were complaining about the old rifafour tablets because of thickness so most find it diffucult to sollow.about streptomycin it makes pts pts not to adhere then their default
