| Organization Description: |
BRIEL Foundation is a Cameroonian non-profit and non-governmental organization. It was founded by a group of young, dynamic and committed individuals in 2011, with the primary goal of promoting Entrepreneurship, ICT, community development and alleviating poverty in Cameroon. The Foundation is primarily involved in humanitarian activities aimed at improving the standards of living for underprivileged Cameroonians. Its aid projects span across various fields including education, health, water and sanitation, child care, human rights, environment, women’s empowerment as well as providing assistance to discriminated and disadvantaged community groups such as people with disabilities, street children and orphans.
We are interested in TB because the less privilege, orphans and street children are the highly affected. Firstly they don't know anything about TB, they dont know how dangerous or worse it is, they neglect it.
We are sensitizing, communicating to them about it, raising awareness which is the most important and we are holding workshops to that effect. |
