1).Seek to Save Foundation is a local non- governmental organization which was formed in the year 2000 and registered in the year 2005 with Registrar General Department with No. G16-723 and with Department of Social Welfare with Registration No. SW 3520. STSF is working in two municipalities and four other districts in the Volta Region namely: Keta Municipality, Ho Municipality, Hohoe Municipality, Ketu South District, South Tongu District, Ketu North District, North Tongu District and Adaklu- Anyigbe District. Today the organization provides support and services annually to nearly ten thousand children, adults and their families with infectious diseases and health related issues such us TB, HIV/ AIDS, IMMUNIZATION, COUNSELLING AND TESTING MALARIA, REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH issues and other health related diseases. STSF support and services include: Education, Counselling and Testing, Reproductive Health issues, Immunization, Mother to Child Prevention, Care and support services for orphans and vulnerable children, relief for the care givers of children and adults with health related problems, Advocacy on Reproductive Health, Social Activities and Vocational training. STSF also offers information and referral services. It is widely recognized for its advocacy work in its operational area that seeks to attract decision makers, donors, volunteers in initiating public policies on health related issues.
2). I am interested in the TB Project for the following reasons: A lot of the people in my area are not aware that TB treatment is free and the prevalence rate is very high. So I want to educate the people there on how to access early treatment because TB is curable. 3). to reduce stigma in my community and increase the people's access to TB education and treatment and also since TB-HIV/AIDS stigma prevents people from accessing treatment and education.

Since the establishment of our organization, we have been involved in several activities in favor of TB control. We have organized several fora and workshops to educate citizens on TB. We have done voluntary counseling and testing to members of our communities, among others.
