Unique Creative Educational Society is a non-profit organisation registered under society act of 1860. Unique Creative Educational Society is working in the samastipur district especially most backward & hard to reach blocks of the district like, Sindhia, bithaan, Hasanpur since last 7 years. Uce society is implementing various educational projects, helath & hygine related projects in the district. Uce society is working in the samastipur district since last many years especially in the remote blocks & hard to reach area of district. During our intervention, we found that a lot of people in the sindhia , Bitthan & Hasanpur block are TB symptomatic. UCE society has started community awareness program among marginalised community, slum areas to make aware about TB symptoms & facilities related under RNTCP program. When Axshya project launched in the district, uce society became a member of NGO network under project Axshya & obtain one day training program. UCE society has also become a one of the partner NGOs of Samastipur district under Project Axshya. After joining, project Axshya, UCE society has started to organize community meeting with VHSC, PRIs members & SHGs group to advocate RNTCP program, sputum collection work of TB symptomatic patient, defaulter home visit etc. So, that since last one year, we are working in the TB control & care program under project Axshya. Unique Creative Educational Society is organising community level meeting with VHSC, PRIs & SHGs group on regular basis. UCE society is also started sputum collection & transportation work in the remote & marginalised area of the district. We are also conducting mis-dose retrieval visit. Our organisation is also conducting mid-media & ICE activities in the district to promote awareness among community. |
