Development & Integrity Intervention Goal (DIG) is a Non Governmental and not for Profit Organisation (NGO) form by members of National Anti Corruption Volunteer Corps (NAVC) of ICPC Ebonyi State Chapter. It is committed to Pursuing, Promoting, protecting and Improving the quality of life of Rural Poor, Remote and Hard to Reach Communities. We also work towards increasing public awareness on issues related to Corruption, environmental protection, Education, health, Democracy and good governance. DIG was inaugurated in September 2009 and obtained legal status from Ebonyi State Government through Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development in 2011 and is currently pursuing registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Abuja. The Organisation with Support from board members, Members contributions, in collaboration with some Local Government Area, Networks and other NGOs have been providing culturally acceptable friendly services aimed at sustainable environment, Anti- Corruption, health, socio – economic development of rural communities and good governance. 2. Vision: Society with sustainable Equal Development Opportunity for all irrespective of sex, age, status or community. 3. Mission: To Pursue, Protect and promote, a Right Based Approach towards integrating Remote and Hard to Reach Communities for sustainable healthy development.
4. Thematic Focus: Environment: General Environmental Education/Protection
Health: (HIV/AIDS Prevention; Hygiene/Sanitation promotion; Malaria & Tuberculosis Prevention Intervention) Good Governance: (Budget Monitoring, Civic Education, Anti- Corruption and transparency) Economic Empowerment: Women/Youth empowerment, Orphans and Vulnerable Children, Childless old Women/Men couples
