Organization Description:
1. We are an Easten Cape wide NGO which has been fighting TB since the 1950's. We had a strong empahsis on the management of TB hospitals until these were taken over by the provincial Dept. of Health in 2005. Sinc then we have concentrated on the other aspect of our work, the support of associated local NGO's, the training of their executives in how to run organisations effectively and to train their members in TB, HIV / AIDS and Home Based Care.

Fighting TB has alsways been our raison d'etre.

- Training volunteers, organising them in CBOs and NGOs, coaching them in how to fitgth TB. We emphasise in clinics, taxi ranks, schools etc.

TB-HIV:
We include the care for TB patients who have also HIV / AIDS in particular with the provision of Home Base Care by our volunteers.
