Health, Education, Agriculture & Rural Development (HEARD) is a non-profit, non govt organization, working at grass roots level in Sanghar Sindh. The organization is registered under the Govt Social Welfare ordinance 1961. Heard believes in serving the humanity, it aims to bring socio-economical changes in people of rural areas, provides them oppertunities to stand at common plateform. Health, is a major concerned sector of Heard, where different effective programs have been started, and health problems have been a major issue in rural areas of sindh. People still don't have facilities, like hospitals, unavailablity of Drz, nurses, health staff, medicine, ambulances etc. They have lack of knwoledge about health, disease. Heard organization has started health awareness programs, at grass roots level, Heard's health team is also conducting programs in schools about health and sanitation. Tuberclosis is also a major cause of death in pakistan, as it is a bacterial disease. Heard's health sector is focusing on TB, providing them awareness, its diagnosis, treatment, symptoms and prevention.

Heard organization has its HEALTH sector, that organizes seminors, workshops, medical camps, vaccination, awareness programs in rural areas, schools. The health sector is focusing on awareness about Tuberclosis, it ensures that people have got knowledge about TB,its symptoms, treatment, diagnosis and prevention, they are also given vaccination with the help of National TB program.

DOTS Expansion and Enhancement:
Awarenesr campaign should be started, in rural areas, and seminars, programs and trainings about TB prevention should be organized.

Laboratory Strengthening:
Labs should be opened at grass roots level, and people must be vaccinated, in order to achieve this, heard organization needs assitance from donor org.
