Portal Tuberculosis
The goal of the portal is to draw attention Tuberculosis Society about the high incidence and mortality from tuberculosis in the state, 900 deaths from the disease annually. DOTS Expansion and Enhancement: We participated in the mobilization of TB in the week, and work the whole year in partnership with the Federal Government of Brazil
Drug-Resistant TB: Treatment and medications in Brazil are distributed free by the government, with our support
TB-HIV: The Federal Government of Brazil today has the largest program of HIV in the world, with destribuição cocktail of remedies, and treatment of TB is part of this project too.
Laboratory Strengthening: In the laboratory only participate with the information and data pascientes detected with the disease, and additional data.
New Diagnostics: In this initial phase as quickly as possible the diagnosis of TB is made for monitoring the pasciente not abandon the treatment as soon as symptoms disappear. For many pascientes do it, so you have to be very close to avoid the false status that is now cured.
