| 1.“THE DOCTORS UNITED CHARITABLE TRUST (DUCT)” is a Non-profit Organization established on 24-02-2012 vide reg No: 155/2012 to provide free standard education and medical services to the poor and needy along with creation of Environmental and Social awareness in the society. 2. The Founders vision is to see a disease free society and TB is the most prevelant disease in India. 3. We are planning to organize awareness campaigns through out three cities and many villages. |

DOTS Expansion and Enhancement: We can explain the illiterate people in the villages the meaning of DOTS and how it will cue TB and what can happen if you default on the drug regimen. Drug-Resistant TB: Default in treatment is the main reason for it. We will explain to the villagers about the newer drugs.
