Our main focus is contributing meaningfully to the control, management and eradication of Tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, and MDR-TB in our society.

A large number of people still die from Tuberculosis related death even though Tuberculosis is curable and Tuberculosis Treatment and Drugs are Free

Implementing Tuberculosis Active Case Finding, referring presumptive Tuberculosis cases to local government clinics, contact tracing, tracking defaulters and following up to those placed on Tuberculosis treatment

By teach communities how to reduce transmission of infection in the communities,
By implementing tuberculosis active case finding to diagnose DS-TB and DR-TB early,
By encouraging patients diagnosed with TB to seek treatment early,
By contact tracing, tracking defaulters and following up to those placed on Tuberculosis treatment.

Contribution

Please tell us how your organization will contribute to the Global Plan to Stop TB by briefly describing its involvement in any of the areas of work listed below:

TB Care Delivery:
WE have been supporting 40 patience in the community of Diepsloot, Honeydew and Pipeline slums though their six months of TB treatment by helping to deliver their treatments, and helping patients stay on track with their treatment

TB-HIV:
We have Two mobile HIV testing units and all patients testing positive for HIV we refer and follow up with them for TB testing
