ACSMSG is guided by the overall commitment to:
(i) partnership and capacity building,
(ii) harmonization, accountability and transparency in scaling-up actions; and (iii) inclusion of patients, regional/national perspectives, and all key Partnership constituencies.It has three principal functions:
How does ACSMSG at Country Level operate?
1. To develop strategic approaches for scaling up effective TB advocacy and communication interventions and propagating evidence-based best practices at regional and country level;
2. Within this strategic framework, to empower Stop TB partners to develop, implement and evaluate ACSM activities at regional and country levels to achieve the abovementioned objectives.
