For Global Fund Recipients

The Stop TB Partnership, with support from the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief through USAID, is coordinating technical assistance to Global Fund grants in order to accelerate absorptive capacity and to improve performance of the ACSM component.

This technical assistance is intended to be catalytic, in that it will help grant recipients overcome obstacles or bottlenecks to implementation and to help improve performance and results.
