Call for Applications for Board Member and Board Alternate for Private Sector Providers from high TB burden countries

Call for Applications for Board Member and Board Alternate for Private Sector Providers from high TB burden countries to the Board of the Stop TB Partnership.

During its last meeting in May 2022, the Board renewed its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion — setting an unprecedented goal of 50% representation from TB-affected country voices on the Board. As part of this effort and to ensure representation from the critical voice of private sector healthcare providers, a new Board seat has been established.

In order to ensure representativeness of private sector healthcare providers from High TB Burden Countries (TB HBC) we are seeking nominations from individuals that can serve as for Board Member (BM) and Alternate Board Member to the Stop TB Partnership Board. The identified BM and ABM are expected to serve for a three-year period, commencing in December 2022.

We encourage all interested private sector doctors, nurses, pharmacists, other private sector healthcare workers, owners, managers or chairpersons of board of directors of private hospitals, clinics or networks of hospitals/clinics from HBC to please send their application to boardaffairs@stoptb.org

The deadline to submit applications or nominations is 31st October 2022.
