1. To identify the vulnerable and Marginalized population and give the awareness on Health and sanitation.Identify and formation the youth groups and give the vocational trainings and job employment
2. Many people are dying with TB that is why we want to involve in TB programs and sensitize the people and stop the TB deaths in our focused areas.
3. We are conducting community level meetings on TB.identify the community volunteers and TB suspects then referring to DMC for sputum examination. In the future we are planning to forming the DOTS clubs in village wise with social workers involving all the Govt. and non govt. people.

creating the awareness among the vulnerable and marginalized population. Early identifying the cases and early diagnosis. To helping and increase the case detection and conversion, cure rate. Identifying the defaulters and putting them on re treatment.

Please tell us how your organization will contribute to the Global Plan to Stop TB by briefly describing its involvement in any of the areas of work listed below:

TB Care Delivery:
We are identified the members in each village and formed them as a DOTs club members. The club responsibilities are early diagnosis the people and cough hygene, who are using DOTs they are doing follow up visits and act as a DOTs providers.

Drug-Resistant TB:
Giving the Family counseling, motivating the patients for regular treatment. Formation the committee with family members and neighbors to the patient for support to take the medicine regularly.

TB-HIV:
To motivate the HIV patients for sputum examination then TB patients for HIV test. Motivate the HIV persons for ART medicines.
