Organization Description:
To raise awareness among communities on health education, assist organizations strengthen its’ health service-delivery mechanism and adopt healthy practices through enhanced economic growth and identification of substitute resources to uplift socio- economic conditions and ensure sustainable development.
To address the common challenges in our society, special those related with communicable diseases, Motivating, promoting and capacity building of people to develop critical mass to sustain process a peaceful society.
HDFP had been working in close collaboration with National/Provincial TB Control Programme Pakistan under the Global Fund GRant Round - 6 (Objective - III) Advocacy, Communication & Social Mobilization with the cause to eliminate TB from the country.

Organized different Community based ACSM events, Orientation Sessions with Key stake holders, religious leaders, Healthcare providers, community health workers, community based coalitions in Baluchistan Province of Pakistan

TB-HIV:
Part of helping Provincial TB control PRogram for TB/HIV awareness raising events.

Research:
Part of BASELINE KAP survey conducted by Advocacy, Communication & Social Mobilization Unit of National TB Control PRogram Islamabad, Pakistan
